2nd and 3rd Grade Teachers: November 1

Participants examined several different strategies to utilize drama and readers theatre in the classroom setting to increase reading comprehension.

4th and 5th Grade Teachers: November 8
This Story says What?
Participants are introduced to the basic elements of drama and how to effectively use Readers Theatre as a reading comprehension and fluency strategy. Includes a Readers Theatre script for chapter 1 of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carrol.
